I have over 2 decades of leadership experiences in business, public education and ministry. My experiences have helped me create my "People First" leadership program that addresses you as a leader as well as your staff.
Whether its one-on-one coaching, helping you run a successful staff meeting or teaching you the best way to navigate the different personalities on your staff. I will help you make strategic decisions while remaining emotionally intelligent, and situationally fluid, so that you navigate the people on you team and ultimately lead your organization to the next level.
